A native of Chicago's southeast side, Alberto works to solve problems that have a long lasting, positive social impact. He is a policy & business professional with diverse experience ranging from R&D engineering, business consulting, state & local government, clean energy, finance, and community organizing. Alberto holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago, a Master of Business Administration from MIT, a Master of Public Policy from Harvard, and is a licensed realtor in the State of Illinois.
Isaac Yun, P.E.
Vice President of Design

For Isaac Yun, successful project design and development starts by listening to people. An experienced Professional Engineer (licensed in Illinois) with extensive infrastructure credentials, Isaac’s ability to work in partnership with others routinely results in creative solutions resulting in successful project execution. His detailed approach to project planning and development consistently places a priority on design efficiency and environmental sustainability. Isaac’s experience includes over 15 years of consultant engineering for various state/local agencies and private developers. Isaac is a proud alum of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Liliana Rivera
Director of Community Relations

Liliana’s primary focus is serving her community on the southeast side of Chicago. As Founder and President of A.W.A.R.E., a nonprofit organization, her mission is to rebuild underserved communities by educating people on subjects that they may not otherwise be exposed to. Through relationship building and community outreach initiatives, Liliana has made strides to bring equity to Chicago’s 10th ward. She prides herself on facilitating and participating in conversations with people to find common ground and ultimately create solutions for community issues. After traveling to 10 countries and immersing herself in numerous cultures, Liliana wants to pass along the values and virtues that she has learned to her home community.
Steve King

Steve has a proven track record for turning vision into reality. A creative problem solver with an entrepreneurial mindset, Steve has led ventures in the U.S., South America and Europe. His collaborative approach to project development delivers mutually beneficial outcomes and long-lasting relationships. An accomplished musician and faith leader, Steve has a natural understanding of people and the power of bringing them together. He earned a bachelor’s degree in transportation & logistics from Western Illinois University and holds an MBA from The Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University.
Tammy Winchester

Southside native Tammy Winchester has devoted much of her professional life to giving back to her community. Described as equal parts optimist and pragmatist, her career has been distinguished by her penchant for accepting challenges and expanding opportunities. She has embraced the hard work of outreach into the southside’s communities by cultivating relationships and building a trust network essential to sustainable, community-wide programs. Prior to her current role, Tammy spent 20 years in the healthcare industry establishing partnerships with community groups, large corporate clients, government agencies, and local hospitals. Tammy earned a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Western Illinois University. In her spare time, she moonlights as a real estate agent, and takes part in an annual program to feed the homeless during the holidays.
